How it works

Book your slot Choose a date and time that suits you and complete the short booking form.

Attend your appointment Your clinician will call you, or send a secure video link, at your chosen time.

Important information

  • This fee covers the clinician's time and professional assessment only. Booking a consultation does not guarantee that any medicine will be prescribed or supplied. Treatment is provided only where the clinician judges it clinically appropriate and safe.

  • Any medicine prescribed is charged separately and dispensed by a registered pharmacy.

  • If the clinician decides treatment is not suitable, they will explain why and advise on alternatives, which may include seeing your GP or another service.

  • This service is for patients aged 18 and over.

  • This service is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, severe allergic reaction or any other medical emergency, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice, call NHS 111.

  • Consultations are confidential and your information is handled in line with UK GDPR and our privacy policy. With your consent, we may share relevant details with your GP where this supports your ongoing care.

  • Please provide complete and accurate information during your consultation. Withholding details about your medical history, current medicines or allergies may affect your safety.

Rescheduling and cancellations

You can reschedule or cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your booked time. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refundable.
