Use Kwells 300mcg Tablets exactly as directed by your pharmacist, prescriber or the patient information leaflet supplied with the product.

The treatment schedule for motion sickness is: 1 tablet before travel, repeat if required. Do not change the dose, frequency or duration unless advised by a clinician.

Swallow the medicine with water at the times directed. If a dose is missed, follow the patient leaflet and do not double the next dose unless specifically instructed.

Maximum adult exposure with three 300 microgram doses is 900 micrograms in 24 hours. May cause drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth and urinary difficulty. Contraindications and cautions include closed-angle glaucoma, bowel obstruction, prostate enlargement, seizure disorders and other anticholinergic-sensitive conditions.

If symptoms of motion sickness worsen, do not respond as expected or you develop a serious reaction, stop and seek appropriate clinical advice.

Kwells 300mcg Tablets contains Hyoscine Hydrobromide 300 micrograms as the main active ingredient or treatment component.
