Cyclizine is an antihistamine antiemetic used for several causes of nausea and vomiting. Current UK product information lists 50 mg orally in adults and people aged over 12 years, repeated up to three times daily. NHS advice recommends leaving around 8 hours between doses.

How to use
Use Cyclizine 50mg Tablets exactly as directed by your pharmacist, prescriber or the patient information leaflet supplied with the product.
The treatment schedule for nausea & vomiting is: 50 mg up to three times daily. Do not change the dose, frequency or duration unless advised by a clinician.
Swallow the medicine with water at the times directed. If a dose is missed, follow the patient leaflet and do not double the next dose unless specifically instructed.
May cause drowsiness and anticholinergic effects. Review alcohol use, glaucoma, urinary retention, gastrointestinal obstruction, liver disease, epilepsy, hypertension, phaeochromocytoma and prostatic enlargement before treatment.
If symptoms of nausea & vomiting worsen, do not respond as expected or you develop a serious reaction, stop and seek appropriate clinical advice.
